After you checkout, you’ll receive a notification for instant download of your purchased files ready for download.

-This is a digital item, which means no physical items will be shipped to you.

-Your download will include a PNG file with a transparent background.

- It is the responsibility of the purchasers to check the USPTO trademark database BEFORE selling any items purchased from my shop. While I do check our designs periodically, phrases are increasingly being trademarked daily.

- You may use it for personal projects, small businesses, and transfer shops with productions up to 100 units per file. If you are planning to sell more than 100 units, after 100 units you must purchase the design file again.

- Please credit/tag Be Studios Designs in your captions/descriptions.

- Be Studios Designs does not guarantee that the design will turn out exactly as shown on a physical product. Colors will vary depending on if you’re using the design for sublimation, screen-prints, etc. The color could also vary depending on the color of product you’re pressing the design onto.

- Not allowed for use on websites such as: Zazzle, Cafepress, Redbubble, Amazon, Society6, Spoonflower etc.

-You MAY use Be Studios Designs, designs on any physical products. This includes transfers, print-on-demand, T-shirts, keychains, decals, etc. You may send Be Studios Designs designs to a printer but the printer may not use Be Studios Designs, designs for their own use. They will need to purchase Be Studios Designs, design if they wish to print for their own use.

- This is NOT a Clipart. This file is a completed artwork and must not be altered in any way. This includes color/text changes and removing/adding elements.

- You may not create any digital items with this file. This includes incorporating parts of Be Studios Designs design into your own digital files.

- You may not trace/remake and sell as your own. This includes incorporating parts of Be Studios Designs design into your own digital files.

-You may NOT share Be Studios Designs files with anyone. This includes sharing it in sublimation dump groups, sharing with friends, etc.

-You may NOT sell the file digitally in any way, shape, or form. This is copyright infringement and Be Studios Designs will pursue legal action.

-You will have access and permission to use Be Studios Designs, design(s) under these terms, Be Studios Designs still owns the copyright to Be Studios Designs, designs. You may not claim these designs as your own.

-You may NOT use Be Studios Designs mockups. If it has a Be Studios Designs watermark on the image/design, it is a copyrighted photo, and you may not share it with anyone. This includes sharing it with your customers to gain interest. Mock-ups are for Be Studios Designs use ONLY.

- SOME ELEMENTS OF THE DIGITAL DESIGNS ARE FROM CANVA.COM.

-Exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are not offered due to the nature of the product.
